Pole Choreography

In Pole Choreography you will learn one new pole routine routine every month. All routines are cardio-oriented and will keep you moving throughout the class.  The final routine will last from 3 to 4 minutes. Our instructors will break down each step before moving onto the next one (there are different moves for different levels of ability). Pole Tricks

Want to learn all of the crazy tricks and spins you can do on a pole? This muscle-building and toning class focuses on technique and strength. All tricks and spins will be broken down one at a time. The instructor will encourage you to repeat all tricks until you are comfortable with them. This class is offered in beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels as well as mixed level classes.
