This fun, fast-paced, and upbeat cardio class meshes together the health benefits of dance with the sexiness of go-go. You will learn the basics of the hip-hop based dance mixed with all of the hottest new moves that you see at the clubs.  Perfect for all levels. Get ready to sweat!
